Our Policies

​Cancellations: ​

We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.

Late Arrivals:

Please be mindful of our stylist's time.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.  We will do our best to fit you in, if time permits.​

Missed Appointments:

​In the event that you miss two consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be charged 50% of your total service to schedule your third consecutive appointment.


Services: In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 10 days of that service. We would like every opportunity to meet, and exceed your expectations and will do our very best to do so.

Products: Any return/exchange must be within 30 days and must be unopened or unused. Any products that are
damaged or inoperable, may be returned, within 10 days.
